Non-dual therapy
Designed for those seeking to embark on a profound therapeutic journey of inner development and transformation, individual sessions provide a safe space to confront, heal, and integrate the traumas and wounded parts of our being, and to open ourselves to the peace inherent in our true nature as Conscious Presence, beyond the veils of identification with the mind and the ego.
The sessions also provide concrete tools for understanding the mechanisms at work within the structure of the personality and the mind. They offer essential support for finding a more stable balance in daily life and foster the development of a way of living rooted in presence, one that makes more room for freedom, simplicity, inner peace, and spontaneity.
True therapy is a rediscovery: the rediscovery that this suffering, separated, and incomplete “self” is not who you truly are, but that you are this infinite, open space of consciousness. Therefore, true therapy does not seek to work toward a future state of wholeness; rather, it is the rediscovery that this wholeness is already present in every moment.
Jeff Foster
Non-dual therapy represents the unification of the wisdom found in spiritual teachings—which seek to awaken us to our True Nature—with the most advanced insights in the fields of psychology, trauma, and the functioning of the brain and nervous system.
It is a therapy centered on presence, acceptance, compassion, and letting go. It offers an open space where difficult inner experiences can be encountered somatically without division.
In this space, after resolving inner conflict and resistance, the emotions, feelings, and beliefs that cause suffering are gradually welcomed and felt in the fullness of their manifestation on the physical, energetic, emotional, and psychological levels.
When surrendering to what lives within us takes on a concrete form, then all the issues we previously resisted will be able to unravel and transform in a completely natural way. Unconscious patterns will come to light, and the wounds of the past—along with the repetitive patterns of suffering that result from them—will dissolve in the compassionate embrace of our Conscious Presence:
- The nervous system balances itself and calms down, and physical and mental tension eases.
- Blocked energies regain their free flow and can reunite with our life force.
- The body and mind return to a state of balance and harmony. Negative
thoughts and beliefs fade away, and new resources become available. - Inner peace is restored,
- A person can grow and flourish, and can reconnect with the qualities of their Essence, while freeing themselves from the constraints of the ego’s structure.
In the state of openness that arises from this process, our true nature can reveal itself, and we can realize that this Conscious Presence—which perceives and welcomes—is who we truly are, long before thought creates the sense of self. The qualities of peace, silence, love, contentment, and wholeness—which are the fragrances emanating from this recognition—can then blossom in our daily lives.

The support Patrick offers is much more than just therapy: it’s the start of a true journey toward self-discovery. Over the course of our sessions, I came to understand and experience that I am neither my history nor my traumas. Today, love and compassion for my wounded parts allow me to be free, quite simply… and to get closer to who I truly am.
Patrick is a rare and valuable presence. His approach is marked by great maturity, considerable sensitivity, and a genuine gentleness in the way he understands and clarifies situations. He is a therapist deeply committed to his work, insightful and sincere in both his words and his demeanor.
After several years of psychoanalysis spent trying to explain an inner pain I couldn’t quite pinpoint, I had the good fortune to meet Patrick for non-dual therapy. My perception was transformed from the very first session. I was quickly able to feel in my body the traumas that my nervous system was trying to communicate to me. This therapy, which I have integrated into my life, has allowed me to better understand myself, regulate my nervous system, and get closer to who I am. And above all, to feel freer. It brings immense peace to my life, which also rubs off on my loved ones.
The sessions with Patrick have changed my life!
It’s so rare to find a therapist with such deep insight into the depths of the human experience, while remaining so firmly grounded in non-duality. With this kind of guidance, it’s amazing to see how easily the suffering we’ve identified with can let go and make room for something so much more beautiful. Thanks to this work, I’ve found peace again.
I can't thank Patrick enough for the help he's given me through our one-on-one sessions and workshops. The process is gentle and always supportive, and his kindness and willingness to listen have helped me overcome every obstacle I thought was insurmountable. Thank you for all these sessions, which have allowed me to gradually rediscover a life filled with peace, confidence, and love.
The meditation practice that Patrick teaches and the retreats he offers have transformed my relationship with life. His intuitive and direct approach frees us from the ceaseless stream of thoughts and invites us to rediscover the inner peace that is inherent in our deepest nature. Thank you for everything.
With a listening ear, Patrick supports and guides you as you reconnect with your true nature—whether through personal coaching, meditation, Kundalini yoga classes, or workshops. Everything is just right! A big THANK YOU.
Practicing yoga and meditation, along with the individual and group therapeutic guidance I received from Patrick, provided a solid and reassuring foundation on my journey of deep inner work, as well as a powerful process of guidance toward greater awareness, peace, and freedom.
Thank you so much
The therapy Patrick offered helped me finally understand the connection between the body and emotions. I realized that by paying attention to our bodily sensations, we all have the ability to self-regulate our nervous system and our emotions. It changed how I view the conflicts I might face in my life by shifting my focus to what’s happening within me, rather than just on the other person. The result: a significant sense of calm, and a resource that’s always available to help me cope with everyday worries.
My experience with one-on-one sessions has been incredibly helpful, providing a safe space where I’ve been able to push past my limits, overcome my conditioning and fears, and build confidence in myself and others.
I also find the meditation videos on YouTube to be a huge help.
