TURIYA's work is structured around three areas:

  • The field of therapy (non-dual and transpersonal therapy) for healing wounds and trauma, and reuniting all aspects of our being,
  • Meditation, to cultivate inner peace and promote recognition of our true nature,
  • Yoga (Kundalini Yoga) to raise our vibrational frequency and strengthen our resilience and nervous system.

Non-dual therapy

To understand how past shortcomings, wounds, and traumas affect our present. To free ourselves from their grip and transform the conditioning, limitations, and inner conflicts that result from them.

To break free from the shackles of the ego and rediscover freedom and authenticity, as well as our ability to embrace life with joy and passion.

Meditation

To anchor ourselves more and more in the unconditional space of peace and silence that resides at the heart of our being.

To realize who we truly are and return to our natural state: to that Conscious Presence, beyond identification with identity and thoughts.

Yoga

To free ourselves from physical and mental tension, regenerating the nervous system and balancing all vital functions. To cultivate resilience and regulation, and remain stable in an increasingly turbulent world.

To purify our energy and strengthen our ability to feel more alive and vibrant.
