Biography

From my discovery of yoga in India to my encounters with the masters of Advaita Vedanta, my journey has been one of a ceaseless quest for truth. Today, I bring over 30 years of experience in mind-body therapies and meditation to support your transformation. I invite you to transcend the limits of the ego and experience the unconditional peace of your True Nature.

Initially trained in Marketing and Communication, I worked for several years in the social sector.

My passion for travel and my thirst for new experiences led me to India for the first time in 1994. There, I discovered yoga and meditation. Upon my return, I spent several months experiencing a state of openness to an inner space that transcended the boundaries of my sense of self.

In this experience, I realize the beauty of what I perceive as the Natural State, and I understand that there is a state of being that precedes the usual construction of the personality. After a few months, when the ego restructures itself and resumes its limiting form (along with the contraction and suffering that accompany it), I then embark with fervor on the path of personal development and self-knowledge, driven by a desire to be completely free and to fully embody the True Nature that I have been able to taste.

After training in analytical psychotherapy, I immersed myself in the diligent practice of a wide range of therapeutic methods (primal therapy, Gestalt, Tantra, codependency, rebirth, somatic experiencing, inner family system, bioenergy, meditative therapies, etc.).

I am also training in Conscious Breathing, Primal Therapy, and Reichian Bioenergy (Osho Pulsation).

Since meditation played a central role throughout this journey, it was only natural that I began teaching it in 2005.
At the same time, I continued practicing yoga and became a teacher (affiliated with the French Federation of Kundalini Yoga).

Despite these lessons and the resulting inner transformations, dissatisfaction and frustration remain, because I perceive the limitations of all these approaches, which remain centered on the person and do not seek to go beyond this illusion.

It was during another trip to India, in Tiruvannamalai, that my path took its final turn and opened up to non-duality: the direct path to Self-realization. My encounters with numerous realized masters (in the Advaita Vedanta tradition), as well as continuous and in-depth work with some of them, revealed within me a profound understanding and realization of our authentic nature, which brought my quest to an end.

Today, my work operates at the intersection of therapy and spirituality, through an approach centered on presence and rooted in non-duality, where the somatic integration of our inner conflicts, emotions, and traumas serves as a gateway to the realization of our true nature as Pure Consciousness.
Through my passion for my work as a therapist and teacher of yoga and meditation, I offer those who seek it the space, kindness, and support necessary to rediscover inner freedom, clarity, and peace, as well as to align with their deepest Essence and embody its qualities.
